We now offer day and evening classes for those who wish to learn traditional jewellery making.
The Absolute Beginner Taster
The day starts at 10.00 and finishes at 16.00, with a light lunch provided.
Begins by designing a piece of jewellery guided by our Master Craftsman Jeweller.
The classes are designed so that each student receives the essential individual tuition necessary.
You will learn how to use many different hand tools including those for Piercing, Soldering, Filing, Sanding and Polishing, creating a unique piece of jewellery to treasure forever.
You can choose to make either Rings, Earrings, Bangle, Pendants
The day course costs £150
Materials are included for the first piece of jewellery, extra silver can be brought for bigger pieces, e.g. wide bangles.
Home made cakes and biscuit, tea and coffee are provided through out the day.
Silver Stone Set Ring Day
The day starts at 10.00 and finishes at 17.00 with a light lunch provided. The day begins by creating a single stone ring from sterling silver, firstly choosing the Cabochon stone and then learning how to use a range of different hand tools including those for piercing, soldering, filing, sanding and polishing.
The day course is £150.
Materials for the first ring are included as is a home made light lunch, cakes and biscuits, tea and coffee, The classes are run by expert Master craftsman and skilled jeweller who has perfected his craft over many years. The classes are designed to allow for plenty of one to one tuition.
Evening Classes
The course runs for 10 weeks on a Thursday night 7pm to 9 pm weekly.
The absolute beginner will start by creating a single stone ring from sterling silver , firstly choosing the cabochon stone and then learning how to use a range of hand tools including those for piercing, soldering, filing, sanding and polishing.
The intermediate student will go onto design and create their own individual pieces using the methods learnt from the previous class.
A ten week course is £250, which can be paid weekly.

The classes are run by an expert master craftsman and skilled jeweller who has perfected his craft over many years. The classes are designed to allow for plenty of one to one tuition with only 3 students at a time.
